How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada and the United States. For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
