At Kiokii and..., we want you to love your beauty routine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain skincare and cosmetic products must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
